I have had many jobs over the years that have given me the much needed experience to work with the public and in sales. I work well with others, but I also know how to get whatever job I’m doing accomplished on my own. At this point I am looking for a better career opportunity that will help me get closer to achieving my own personal dreams and help excel the company that I am working for. Working Experience Sales Consultant Victra (formerly known as A Wireless)            (Oct 2016-Present) Victra is a premium authorized retailer of Verizon products. I help set up accounts and help people with any and all of their wireless needs. Every month we have a sales quota to meet and I am usually within the top 3 sellers in my district every month. I also perform tech support on mobile products. Insurance Agent          (July 2016-Oct 2016) Wendy Murphy All American Ins. Agency, Florence, AL I worked as a licensed insurance agent selling property and casualty to customers for All State insurance company. Bank Teller          (Oct 2015-July 2016) Regions Bank, Florence, AL I worked as a bank teller which involved handling deposits, withdrawals, and other monetary needs of our members. It also involved making sure that all their financial goals are met by our bank by sitting them down with bankers to go over their finances. Retail Sales Representative                                                                       (Oct 2010-Oct 2015) T-Mobile, Muscle Shoals, AL I worked as a sales representative for T-Mobile making sure that customers walked out with a plan, phone, and accessories that fitted them. Many times I was number one in my store due to my sales and upgrades. I also went above and beyond the call of duty by being over the store merchandising and I handled the shipping and receiving paperwork. I was a key holder and that held the responsibility of opening and closing the store and making sure the deposit was done. I have also worked as the stand in manager when the actual manager was gone for more than a day or two on numerous occasions. Additional Information My previous jobs has really honed my sales techniques and mobile tech skills. To succeed at these jobs I have to meet my monthly quota, which is based on many different categories. To meet this quota I have excelled in learning how to connect with our customers and figure out their wants and needs in a device and service. I have also improved my closing skills by always assuming the sale. During the sale I always take time to build a relationship with the customer because that leads to customer loyalty not only to me, but to the company as well.
