Olivia Pike

I am an emerging photographer and illustrator, specializing in digital drawing through Photoshop and Clip Studio Paint, and also photo retouching and editing through Lightroom and Photoshop.

I graduated with honors in 2019, earning a BFA in 2D Studio Art. My illustration background was based in traditional fine art practices, including charcoal and graphite figure drawing and human anatomy study from life, and oil and acrylic mixing and painting techniques on canvas. Over the last two years I transitioned over into the digital realm, and now mainly create illustrations and sketches through software like Photoshop, ArtRage, and CSP.

My photography background extends to both fine art and commercial realms, from landscapes and still lifes to event and animal photography. I have several years experience shooting in both analog and digital workflows, as well as post-editing and retouching with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop software. I import, cull, edit, reformat, and export all of my own personal work through these, for both fine art projects and hired commercial work. I have knowledge and experience making individual, per-photo adjustments such as cropping, contrast, vibrancy, exposure, etc., as well as more complex retouching such as color shifting, patching, masking, and spot correcting.

I am passionate about excelling in my field, and eager to pursue opportunities to further develop my skills and contribute my experience to the people I work with.  I am eager to use my education and abilities to assist others in accomplishing their own creative projects, and to do my part to help further showcase their business’s expertise and quality.
