I've done various office works specifically on bank transactions since I was an accountant/bookkeeper in a banking industry for almost 4 years. I worked on most of the bank's daily and monthly reports thus widen my knowledge on how to use Microsoft Word and Excel though I'm not really an expert to it. Aside from being a bookkeeper, I was also a customer service relations where I experienced handling various customer complaints and any other customer concerns which needed to be solved by the management. Being a front liner enabled me to converse to different people everyday which enhanced my communication skills. I am also responsible in answering telephone calls from various clients and addressed their concerns. With these experiences and training ground, I am willing to work and be of help to you in building your business. I will work self-directed and still be open to new trainings needed for me to be of value in helping your business.
