Oliva Pascual

My name is Oliva Pascual, and I am currently working as a freelance virtual accountant for four client companies based in Fiji, Oceania. I have been using Xero Accounting software for over one and a half years, during which I’ve become deeply involved in all aspects of company financial data and reporting.

In my role, I act as the final checkpoint before financial reports are submitted to the Fiji Revenue and Customs Service (FRCS). My responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and reconciling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ensuring that all bank transactions are matched and reconciled in Xero
• Importing and exporting bank data and transaction records
• Analyzing financial data using spreadsheets
• Preparing the Trial Balance, and finalizing the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement
• Ensuring completeness and accuracy before filing corporate income tax

I am currently seeking new opportunities as a Bookkeeper or Virtual Accountant, where I can continue to apply my skills in financial data integrity, reconciliation, and reporting.
