As a technical support staff, I monitor and maintain the organization computer systems. I am responsible for diagnosing any hardware and software faults with these systems. I identifies, investigates and resolve users problems with computer software and hardware. I give fields support calls, chat , email, or other means of communication from users with inquiries base on the issues they are facing.
I also have background knowledge of marketing. We use to go out for prospecting, to make awareness what our company is all about.
