I am a certified Microsoft Office 365 solutions Deployment and Administration Expert with extensive experience in building high-quality supporting multi-nationals as well as Microsoft cloud servers hosting Office 365 solutions. I currently work with Microsoft as an Office 365 Senior Technical Lead and supporting over 5 million customers across North America remotely.

My vast experience in deploying, Administering as well as supporting Microsoft Office 365 Cloud solutions has spanned a period of about 5 years, With extensive training and proven track record of deploying and supporting Microsoft SharePoint, Teams ,OneDrive, and Outlook. Prior to this time, I have worked with several ISP and Telecommunication as a network engineer configuring and managing majorly Cisco Switches and Routers as well as deploying internet to a wide range of customers in West Africa.

I have a proven track record of about 6 years of remote technical support to hundreds of Global Admin across North America, i have gained both technical and soft skills to support Microsoft Office 365 solutions for all kinds of clients across the world.
