Using simulation systems to create the material flow for aggregate from the production

Built a dashboard and report infrastructure from the ground up using Power Bi, SQL,
and Ms Excel to provide real-time insights to aggregates sent from the quarry to project
sites, funneling information to the management, logistics, finance, and quantity
surveyors departments.
Analyze and track fleet positions to estimate and improve turnaround time by rerouting
loaded trucks based on recurring events and determining the best loading time out of
the quarry.
I create a daily stock level visualization of materials utilization by receiving daily
material usage from the concrete mixing facility and the asphalt mixing facility, as well
as pulling data from the weighbridge database system.

Monitor and report daily diesel inventory levels for the project's 600,000-liter tank farm
and a 80,000-liter barge ship by receiving daily diesel issuance and consumption report
of equipment on the project.

Using Ms Excel and the VB programming language, i designed and rendered 3D forms
as a representation of all diesel tanks in the project.

The Second Niger bridge is a Nigerian Federal Government
project that is 1.6 km (0.99 mi) long and furnished with other
ancillary infrastructure including a 10.3 km (6.4 mi) highway,
Owerri interchange and a toll station, expected to be
completed in the year 2022.
