PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Over 13 Years progressive experience in major aspects of Wet and Dry Construction such as Precast Concrete
works, Steel, Heavy/Civil, Building and Industrial Engineering Projects. In my rigorous experience and
exposure especially in Precast and wet construction, Steel/Industrial Engineering; I have executed and
delivered various stanchion/steel framing construction projects coupled with precast concrete works, Also in
Precast Drainage works, steel roof, steel bridges, steel gates/burglaries, factories/warehouse steel shelves and
others (More than 100 Units of it). My roles also are not far from Civil/Building areas which is regularly
complemented by steel works (All more than 150 Units). I worked on these aspects of jobs in Highbrow areas of
Lagos Island and Lagos Mainland in Nigeria. In a nutshell, I am a generally Experienced Estimator on
Building/Civil, Steel and Heavy Engineering Projects. I possess an Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office
packages (such as MS Excel, MS Access, Word, PowerPoint and Office Project Professional). I am a good team

ROLES:
Preparation of Bills of Quantities, cost advice on value engineering where I have Efficiently managed
and controlled the cost of a delivered project; The Chapel of Healing Cross Project (2-storey + Ground
floor) with a cost of $556,000 USD all with the Mechanical and Electrical Installation with a controlled
carcass and finishes separated from the Main contract as a Value Engineering and cost saving
approach. All steel works as in Burglary, Free view fences and steel doors was supervised and
estimated by myself (Separate cost of $20,000.00).
Prepared Developer’s Budget, which is also included in it all the steel works in Steel Gates, Burglaries
and up to 4 Numbers Building called out for Steel roof, The Masonry works’ bill was prepared a carcass bills of quantities as cost control approach and then engaged in the selection of
subcontractors and negotiation of tenders. All done in the Highbrow area of Lagos Island;
Parkview/Lekki Axis; all totaling 38 Units (Consists: Terrace- 3units/8units, Semidetached and
Detached Houses not more than 3 upper floors) all at cost totaling an approximate of $10.4M USD all
with the MEP works and External works/Transformer where necessary and connection to Electricity.
Also involved in periodic Valuation of these various projects done as listed, with site measurements
and inspection.
I was also involved in same regarding steel works in Fence free view made of square pipes, sheds for
generator made of H beams 100 x 50mm, steel gates made of checkered plates and plain ones, also
perforated nets at the shores of the Ocean view beside the site. I was thoroughly involved in the cost
saving skills, as in Cost Control and vetting/preparation of Valuation for the project handled by one of
the major Contractors in Nigeria with ISO standard qualified and I was fully involved in the cost
control/value engineering approach of the ongoing project of 19Units Residential Houses (Consists:
1Nr. Terrace- 3units, 5Nrs Semidetached and 6Nrs. Detached Houses, all not more than 3 upper floors
each) in its own Mini Estate in Parkview, Ikoyi, Lagos-Nigeria with a cost totaling till date; value of
approximately $3Million USD
Also was involved in preparation of bill, estimating, site supervision occasionally for Free view fence
306metres, steel roofs of 3 Buildings; Lecture Hall, Office Complex and Multipurpose Hall in Ogun
state, Nigeria for the State University there (Olabisi Onabanjo University), Ago Iwoye. It was a
Professorial Chair project and the 3 Expanse project was at a total cost of $120,000.00.
In addition at the project previously summarized at Ogun state, there was steel bridge coupled with
precast drainage system of over 200Metres and Bridges size; 8Metres in Length and less than 4m
width, this was at a cost of $38,000.00 and $10,000.00 respectively
Organized and involved in training Junior Quantity Surveyors on quantity take-off for Building/Heavy
Engineering drawings with some few areas in Mechanical and Electrical installations.
In these period I have developed myself professionally with my full registration as a Bona fide QS in
Nigeria with seal and registered with QSRBN – Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria. Also I
have initiated my registration with RICS.

with a cost of $3M USD all with the Mechanical and Electrical Installation. Also the Steel works in Steel
Gates, Free view steel fence, Burglaries was separately done and supervised.
Cost Advice, Project Management roles and Supervision for various Projects around Lekki and Ajah axis
of Lagos; Houses more than 12 Units (1Nr 4Units terrace, 3Nrs Semidetached and upto 4Nrs Detached
Houses), the detached started from late 2016.

In these period I have developed myself professionally with my membership registration after passing

totaling $5.20M USD.

I was also a corps member who was in a SERVICOM group of a Community development Group, where
we did some give-away programme to the needy after the 1year National Youth Service Corps.
I was also part of the team that was engaged in the registration of voters in anticipation for the 2011
elections in Nigeria, as an ARO 1 – who operates the Laptop and ensures that all information are
