My most recent role as a VOIP Solutions/Telecom Engineer at Ruach Infrastructures allowed me to develop and apply advanced technical expertise in deploying and configuring virtual VOIP switches, managing SIP trunks, and implementing billing solutions such as A2Billing. I successfully designed routing and dial plans that optimized call efficiency and cost management, while also ensuring system reliability through proactive monitoring and call detail record (CDR) analysis. This role sharpened my problem-solving abilities and strengthened my capacity to work collaboratively with operations teams to minimize downtime and maintain seamless communication systems.
