I have explored certain crm tools like freshdesk, Zendesk, hubspot, Zoho crm, intercom , etc, I am also familiar and able to explore certain project management softwares like clickup, monday.com, trello , and so on , I also work in configuring websites and connecting a CRM to a website, setting up a website and publishing a website.
