Oktavia Tri Sanggala Dewi

My name is Oktavia Tri Sanggala Dewi, an experienced and dedicated English education lecturer with over a decade of academic and professional experience in the field of English language teaching, curriculum development, and academic writing. I hold a master’s degree in English education and currently serve as a faculty member at a private university in Indonesia. In addition to my teaching role, I am also trusted to lead the Self Access Center (SAC)—a language laboratory that supports independent learning for students through digital resources, workshops, and language development programs.

My professional expertise lies in teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL) at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. I have designed and taught various courses, including English Proficiency, Academic Writing, Curriculum and Material Development, English for Specific Purposes, and Educational Research. I am passionate about integrating technology into education and have experience developing online learning modules, creating interactive teaching materials, and using Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle and Google Classroom.

As a researcher, I am actively involved in conducting and publishing studies related to language teaching, teacher education, and curriculum innovation. I also frequently participate in national and international conferences, and I have been trusted as a reviewer and editor for academic journals. My strong academic writing and editing skills allow me to assist others in proofreading, paraphrasing, and polishing academic documents such as theses, journal articles, proposals, and reports.

In my role as head of SAC, I manage program development, mentor student facilitators, organize English workshops, and collaborate with other departments to promote autonomous learning. This position has strengthened my leadership, communication, and project management skills—all of which are highly transferable to remote or freelance work environments.

I am now seeking freelance or remote opportunities that align with my strengths in writing, editing, translating, online tutoring, curriculum development, and educational consulting.
