I am a results-oriented and detail-driven professional with proven experience in data analytics, administrative support, and client onboarding. With a background in Information Management Technology and practical knowledge in tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, Excel, Google Suite, Zoho CRM, and Microsoft Office, I bring both technical expertise and people skills to any intervention role.

In my most recent role at Gokada, I served in the Onboarding Department, where I helped streamline the onboarding process for new riders by providing clear communication, guidance, and support. I worked with both literate and illiterate individuals, tailoring communication to meet diverse learning needs—an experience that greatly sharpened my empathy, patience, and adaptability.

Previously, at the Ministry of Finance, I performed data entry tasks with precision, generating financial reports and conducting trend analyses using Excel. This experience enhanced my ability to organize and interpret large data sets, recognize patterns, and recommend optimizations for better decision-making.

At Grimaldi Nigeria Agency, I contributed to digitizing shipping and logistics records and participated in performance analysis by collaborating across teams. These experiences improved my teamwork and communication skills while giving me hands-on exposure to operational and customer service metrics.

I am proficient in using Microsoft SQL Server for querying and managing databases and Excel for data analysis and visualization. My communication and customer service skills are strong, having worked with diverse clients and teams both physically and remotely. I’m also skilled in using tools like Zoho CRM and Google Suite to manage information, documents, and remote collaboration.

I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Information Technology to further enhance my skills and remain current in a fast-evolving digital landscape. I’m passionate about using data and technology to solve problems, and I thrive in roles that allow me to support people, provide solutions, and drive impact.
