I have a strong background in Google IT support, with a degree in Business administration from a prestigious University here in Nigeria. I maintained customer satisfaction with forward-thinking strategies focused on addressing customer needs and resolving concerns; this I achieved by leveraging my extensive knowledge of product and services and creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for every customer. I recommended, selected and helped obtain out-of-stock products based on customer requests and surpassed sales goal through the implementation of effective marketing strategies.
