This project demonstrates my ability to combine CRM integration, workflow automation, and email communication to improve business responsiveness. What I Did Created a Google Form to collect lead information such as name, email, and company name. Integrated Google Forms with Zoho CRM using Zapier to automatically push new responses into the Zoho Leads module. Added a 1-hour delay using Delay by Zapier to create a buffer before followup communications. Automated follow-up emails via Gmail, ensuring personalized messages were sent to each lead with their name and details are dynamically inserted.
