First Meal (11:30am - 1pm)

Rice + stew/curry sauce + Turkey or Chicken
Cucumber + Groundnut
Snacks
Small rice + Chicken/turkey/beef
Day 2
Boiled Yam + Egg Sauce
watermelon + Pineapple slices
Soup and a swallow of your choice (No wheat)🙄
Day 3
Beans and plantain + Chicken/beef
Cashew nuts
Sweet potato porridge + Scent leaf + Beef
Day 4
Jollof Rice / Fried Rice + Turkey/beef
unsweetened yogurt + almond nuts
Chicken + Fried plaintain + Egg Sauce
Day 5
FASTING
FASTING
Break with carrots and cucumber
Day 6
Ofada rice + sauce + Beef/turkey
Day 7
Boiled Plantain + Ugwu and pepper sauce + Chicken
Yam porridge + Beef
Spaghetti + Chicken( cheat day)😉😂
TIPS
1) All meals should be eaten between 11am and no later than 7:15pm every day.
2) Hydration is key. Drink plenty of water.
3) You can mix up meals with other days, Just watch the portions.
4) Your proteins should be more than the carbs always.
