Hi, I’m Ojo Oladimeji, a passionate Frontend Developer based in Nigeria with 2 years of hands-on experience building modern, responsive, and user-focused web applications.
My journey into frontend development started with a curiosity about how things work on the web — and it quickly turned into a deep love for crafting interfaces that are not just functional, but genuinely enjoyable to use. I believe the best digital products are the ones where the user never has to think twice — everything just works, looks great, and feels smooth.
I specialise in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS, and I’m comfortable working across the full frontend stack — from structuring clean, scalable component architecture to pixel-perfect UI implementation and API integration. I also have a strong eye for design, which helps me bridge the gap between what a product looks like and how it actually behaves in the hands of a real user.
Some of the projects I’ve shipped reflect the range of problems I enjoy solving. HireSpace is a platform that connects local workers with employers — complete with real-time chat integration so workers and employers can communicate directly within the app, making the hiring process faster and more personal. WeatherGlass is a sleek real-time weather application that lets users search any location and get live results alongside a 5-day forecast, all wrapped in a beautiful, responsive interface. I’ve also built a URL Shortener — a clean, fast tool that takes long URLs and converts them into short, shareable links, which taught me a lot about working with APIs, state management, and building utility-focused products with great UX.
Beyond the code, I take communication and reliability seriously. I understand that as a freelancer, my clients are trusting me with their ideas and their time. I make it a priority to deliver clean, maintainable code on schedule, keep clients informed throughout the process, and stay flexible when requirements evolve — because they always do.
I’m the kind of developer who doesn’t just build what’s asked, but asks the right questions to make sure what gets built is actually the right thing. I care about the details — the micro-interactions, the loading states, the mobile experience — because those are the things users notice and remember.
I’m currently open to freelance projects, contract work, and long-term collaborations. Whether you’re a startup looking to launch your first product, a business that needs a UI overhaul, or a developer who needs a reliable frontend partner — I’d love to hear about what you’re building.
Let’s create something great together.
