• Develop and execute comprehensive working strategies that align with the Directorates goals and objectives.

• Scan and edit (where applicable) Papers for Governing Council members of the University for Statutory and Committee Meetings.

• Convey insights through both reports and visual presentations
• Preparing the executive briefs on agenda papers for meeting of Council and its Standing Committees
• Typing, scanning of Council Brief, Minutes of Meetings (Statutory and Committee), Decision Extracts, Synopsis
• Prepares equipment for operations by accessing software in computer
• Perform maintenance tasks such as checking for viruses, backing up tape, upgrading software, and other basic maintenance
• Performing data entry work using and appropriate software
• Entering, updating, researching, verifying and/or retrieving data into/from various systems
• Ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information of staff recorded in the Division
