About

I'm a full-stack developer who found my way to tech when I enrolled for a computer science diploma but quickly found my interest pivoting towards the "why" behind the code than just the "how." That curiosity led me to dive into mathematics at Ahmadu Bello University and I reckon this mathematical foundation, combined with hands-on development experience, allows me to approach complex technical challenges with precision and creativity.

Today, I build everything from beautiful user interfaces with Next.js and React to powerful backend systems using Go and Python. I really enjoy the full-stack challenge - there's something satisfying about creating an application that works seamlessly from the database all the way to the user's screen. As a freelancer, I've had the chance to build some cool SaaS products, integrate payment systems like Flutterwave, and tackle complex user authentication and subscription management features.

What really gets me excited these days is Web3 and blockchain technology. I'm spending a lot of time learning about smart contracts and DeFi protocols because I believe they're going to change how we think about the internet. Having both the computer science fundamentals and that mathematical background gives me a unique perspective on these emerging technologies.

Beyond coding, I've got my Cisco networking certifications which help me understand the bigger picture of how applications actually work in the real world. I thrive in startup environments where things move fast and you have to learn quickly.

When I'm not staring at code, you'll usually find me volunteering at my church, where I handle live streaming and create graphics. It's taught me a lot about working under pressure and collaborating with different kinds of people, which honestly has made me a better developer and team player.

At the end of the day, I love what I do because it's all about solving problems and building things that people actually find useful.
