My name is Felicity Ogbodo. I am a virtual assistant with 5 years of experience. I've helped my employers manage their personal and organizational mail, during which I was granted an administrative membership in the use of the organization Google Workspace. My job was to add users to the workspace, assign roles to team members, create group emails for team members, and create work emails and aliases for each member to be able to receive and send emails using their email aliases(sales@domainname, admin at domain name), each user can have up to 30 email Aliases. I was able to create signatures for each member of the organization. This provided a more professional and organized outlook for the company profile.
I am proficient in the use of collaborative tools such as Trello, Asana, Monday.com, slack, and FreshDesk to seamlessly collaborate with my teams, organize tasks, and effectively communicate with customers to increase productivity and retain customers.
