Ofim Kelechi Ofim

Ofim Kelechi Ofim is a journalist and communications specialist with over seven years of experience. He currently serves as the Communications Officer for the International Rescue Committee, Nigeria Country Program, where he supports the Grants and Programs teams.

Before joining IRC, he served as the Information Officer at Nasarawa State University, Keffi, and later as the Media and communications Officer at TechHer in Abuja, Nigeria. Kelechi is an excellent writer with experience in GBV, humanitarian and emergency communication, behavioral change communication, digital media management, and online safety projects.

He has led workshops for youth and media professionals on gender reporting, digital advocacy, multimedia storytelling, and technology-facilitated gender-based violence.
