Determination
In leading several groups at the School of Business and Computer Science as the leader, assigning work and ensuring that everyone feels comfortable in what they’ve been assigned to do, as well as take charge in doing numerous presentations, to being the class representative, I ensure above all that I have patience with people and explain things as best as I can.
LEADERSHIP
From College being in the “Young Leaders” club as the leader, building relationships within the club and helping each other to better ourselves, to then being class representative in the School of Business and Computer Science, taking the initiative and relaying any concerns that the classes felt and ways that the courses overall could have been improved. Also, to numerous group assignments being done, taking charge and delegating work accordingly. These situations show that I have exceptional communication skills, I can motivate others to do their work, I can bring positivity to a team when needed as well as creativity as there were a lot of group assignments that needed to be done, I would always step up and ensure that each member of the team can handle the tasks given to them, follow up with them and ensure that they’re not encountering any road blocks. These roles show that I can take responsibility and still be dedicated to finishing tasks assigned to me on time and to my standards.
