As I reflect on my journey, I'm proud to say I'm a dedicated and adaptable professional with over 8 years of experience in administration, operational management, research consultancy, and security coordination. My background in psychology and management science has equipped me with a unique understanding of human behavior, organizational dynamics, and strategic decision-making. I'm passionate about research, business development, marketing, and customer engagement.

My excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities have been honed through years of experience in high-pressure environments. Whether it's coordinating secure logistics, leading team training, or delivering research services, I consistently deliver results.

My professional experience has been diverse and rewarding. As Director of MIS and Marketing/Senior Research Consultant at Cherukyn Logistics Limited, I coordinated secure logistics, led team training in security awareness, and delivered over 60 PhD dissertations and 400 Master’s theses with strict adherence to data confidentiality and crisis management standards. I've also worked as an English Teacher and International Recruiter, ensuring student safety and recruiting staff with a focus on security clearances. My stint as an Administrative Assistant at Wa Technical University further honed my skills in industrial attachments, data protection, and emergency response.

I'm proficient in research and data analysis tools like SPSS, SMART PLS,STATA, Nvivo, and EXCEL, which enables me to provide data-driven analysis . My academic credentials are strong, with an MSc in Management Science and Engineering (Distinction) from Jiangsu University, China, and a BA in Psychology with English from the University of Ghana. I've published articles on social media adverts, cyber fraud, and business intelligence, and I've received the Jiangsu University Presidential Scholarship.
