My name is Oboigbe shalom disere , a recent graduate from the department of
sociology ,covenant University, Nigeria. I am an African, Nigerian to be precise. I
am a virtual assistant with skills and expertise tailored to administrative and
customer support assistance, with relevant projects and courses carried out to
increase my skill capabilities .Highly motivated and results-oriented virtual
assistant and customer service professional with 3+ years of experience, and
relevant job simulation experiences in providing exceptional, effective and

The task involved working with a major shipping
logistics client on a technology transformation
project. It requires:
1. Understanding the client's business and
challenges by reviewing background information
about their operations and current issues.
2. Analyzing their current technology architecture to
understand how their systems and components
interact.
3. Evaluating a dataset of user interactions with their
technology to identify weak points or areas at risk.
4. Prioritizing the top 3 risks based on the findings
and their impact on the business.
FINANCIAL
ADVISORY
Finalizing the Receivership Process for a Client and
preparing a Final Outcome Statement for a
company undergoing receivership.
Key Steps I took;
Receipts: Document proceeds from the sale of a
property (e.g., €1,000,000) I recorded various fees
and expenses associated with the receivership,
including , professional fees (e.g., sale agent fees,
legal fees, tax advice fees), property maintenance
costs (e.g., security and insurance), other charges
(e.g., service charges, taxes, and bank charges), and
Capital Gains Tax (CGT).
All this was accomplished using Excel to input
the data.
RISK
MANAGEMENT
I also participated in a comprehensive job simulation focused on enhancing risk
management processes within a financial services context. The task required identifying
the root causes of operational lapses, alyzing their impact, and proposing strategic
solutions to mitigate future risks while aligning with updated regulatory guidelines.
Key accomplishments included:
1. Critical Analysis: Conducted an in-depth review of process failures and their
organizational impact.
2. Solution Design: Developed actionable recommendations, including contingency
plans,governance enhancements, and workflow redesigns, to strengthen risk resilience.
