I am responsible for managing Gnosi Consult’s Gmail inbox to ensure all
recruitment-related emails are promptly received, organised, and
responded to.
This includes:
• Setting up and maintaining email labels and filters for partner banks
(Providus Bank, Wema Bank, Microfinance Bank).
• Acknowledging applications and sending automated replies to candidates.
• Drafting, sending, and tracking interview invitations and offer letters.
• Prioritising and forwarding urgent messages from partner banks to
management.
• Keeping a clear, structured inbox so no candidate or client email is missed.
