This includes: • Setting up and maintaining email labels and filters for partner banks (Providus Bank, Wema Bank, Microfinance Bank). • Acknowledging applications and sending automated replies to candidates. • Drafting, sending, and tracking interview invitations and offer letters. • Prioritising and forwarding urgent messages from partner banks to management. • Keeping a clear, structured inbox so no candidate or client email is missed. Role break down Inbox Organisation ● Creating labels for each bank (Providus, Wema, Microfinance). ● Sorting candidate emails, interview responses, and offer letters. Email Filtering & Rules ● ● Setting up auto-labels and filters so emails go to the right folder immediately. Prioritising urgent bank requests for the boss. Candidate Communication ● Sending acknowledgement emails to applicants. ● Drafting and scheduling interview invitations. ● Sending offer letters and following up. Monitoring & Reporting ● Tracking how many applications were received. ● Reporting which candidates were shortlisted or offered jobs. ● Ensuring no email is missed or unanswered. Results of My Email Management at Gnosi Consult ● All recruitment-related emails from Providus Bank, Wema Bank and Microfinance Bank are automatically sorted into clearly labelled folders. ● Candidates get an immediate acknowledgement email (no one is left waiting). ● Interview invitations and offer letters are sent on time and tracked. ● The boss can instantly see urgent bank communications in a separate folder. ● The inbox is clean and easy to navigate — no lost or unanswered messages. ● Time spent on email sorting and replying is reduced dramatically (hours saved each week).
