π Overview
As the Virtual Assistant for Kiddies Wears, I designed and managed this Notion workspace
to streamline the companyβs daily operations, including inventory tracking, order
management, and social media scheduling. The goal was to improve organization, visibility,
and efficiency across all departments.
π Workspace Structure
This Notion workspace includes the following main sections:
1. Content Calendar β schedules weekly product promotions and social media posts.
2. Inventory Tracker β monitors stock levels, reorder alerts, and product categories.
3. Orders Gallery β tracks customer orders with attached product photos and delivery
statuses.
