Am well experienced in both oral and written skills having completed a four year course of English/literature. I am an experienced teacher of English with two years experience in teaching English and Literature hence my developed skills. I also have a years experience in customer care ,having worked at a hospital handling of patients enquiries, and complaints and guiding them where necessary .Am therefore good at handling clients and giving them satisfactory replies.
