I've worked at home since 2015 for two clients, one is an Australian who owns an SEO company that offers its service to local businesses in the UK (Barber shops, Car service, Strip Clubs, Chiropractic Clinics, Dental Clinics etc.). My client provides the customers SEO service to improve their business rankings on google so that it would be easier for their respective businesses to be seen by their customers with the use of typical keywords when searching. My role is to create a monthly report for the my clients customers to see the improvement on their Google my Business page's "views" and "clicks". For me to create a report it requires me to be knowledgeable in tools such as, Salesforce, Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point, Bright Local (google ranking tool), Photoshop or Paint, VPN, Radius map tool (used for goole map). I must gather screenshots of rankings, pie charts, line and bar graph, information coming from CRM and place it on Power Point to make a complete monthy report then sent out links via google drive to the customers. I also had a New Zealander client who owns a Physcal and Online Store for Marine, Electronics, Boating, Watersports, Fishing, Hunting, Camping Gear,& Huge Range of Ropes, Quality Rods, Bait casting Reels, Rod & Reel Combos what have you? My job is to manage his Online Store website by updating items images, price, keywords with basic SEO. The tools that I used are Photoshop, Excel Spreadsheet, google extension apps such as SEO quake and mozbar for SEO and I was trained to be knowledgeable on my clients website tools. Prior the year 2015 I also have an experience in an Office-based job that caters from different hotels, restaurants and resorts websites such as trivago and hotels.com to name a few. My role is to collect url's and place them on our clients database for them to check comments and reaction from customers. I ensure attention to detail is exercised keenly because it has to be accurate when it comes to the information I provide which must be identical to what's on the client's CRM. My daily output is 1200 url's. i also have Customer Service Representative experience in both Calls and Chat for 2 years combined. I do believe that all of these will kind of converge and will help me to be a productive team member if i would be a part of your team.
