I come with 5 years of experience in the BPO industry. I worked as a Team Manager (Customer's Account Retention) for a satellite radio company in the US and as a technical support representative for a cable company in Australia so I am able to work with both hrs.

I have the right leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to take on any job. Throughout my career as a customer service support, I was able to learn how to create tickets, emails, do phone support whether it be for technical or service especially interact with clients, making sure the task given will deliver WOW.
