Nwodo Charity Chinonso

My name is Nwodo Charity Chinonso, also known as Chacha. I am an enthusiastic learner building a career in IT support and virtual assistance. My background is in Sociology, which has equipped me with strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Over time, I have worked in administrative and support roles, and now I am shifting my focus to digital tools and IT systems.

I am currently learning and practicing platforms such as Google Workspace, Trello, Asana, Slack, Freshdesk, Intercom, and Calendly. While I do not yet have formal hands-on experience in IT projects, I am eager to gain practical exposure through real teamwork and project collaboration. I joined Tech Fleet because I believe it is a great opportunity to apply what I am learning, improve my confidence, and contribute to meaningful projects.

In addition to learning tools, I bring valuable soft skills. I am adaptable, organized, punctual, and a good listener. I enjoy working in teams, supporting others, and ensuring tasks are completed effectively.

My goal is to grow into a skilled IT support specialist or virtual assistant with both technical and client-facing strengths. Tech Fleet is an exciting step toward achieving that vision.
