I am an expert in general administrative support and management, I have worked in two organizations as the Administrative support/assistant for 7 years and 3 years respectively, and I am currently a Principal manager in charge of administration in my place of work.
While working as a virtual administrative support/assistant with Beachy Integrated Services, I was introduced to some customer relations management tools such as Salesforce, Sales Optima, and QuickBooks. I can boast of having basic knowledge of each of them while seeking opportunities for more learning and improvement. Some of my job roles during these periods included adding, researching, reviewing, updating, and managing customers daily using the recommended CRM tools, in addition to the conventional management of an electronic database, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, managing travel arrangements, sending emails, managing calendars, phone calls, Social media management, typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and sending correspondences to other Executive Directors, taking meeting minutes, developing a strategic work plan, preparing project timeline, preparing a financial report, support in content research and writing and other administrative supports in Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund.
I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Food Science and Technology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Public
Administration, a Post Graduate Diploma in Education, as well as a Certificate in Technical Support
Fundamentals.
