The first friendly, smiley face for any guest that arrived at the resort lobby.
Handled front desk duties, including administrative work & guest relations. This included
checking guests in & out, processing all forms of payment, answering all booking enquiries
across several platforms (via WhatsApp, Phone, Email, SMS ) and replying to all types of
comments about the resort on TripAdvisor and Google Reviews.
Handled customer relations of in-house guests within the resort. Constantly did rounds
around the resort on a hoverboard, ensured guests were enjoying their holiday and were
fully informed of all the facilities and activities offered on & off site.
Always quick to offer a helping hand to fellow colleagues and guests.
