I am a dedicated HR and Administration professional with more than six years of hands-on experience managing full-spectrum HR functions in fast-paced corporate and project-based environments. Throughout my career, I have developed strong capabilities in HR operations, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and talent acquisition, allowing me to support both employees and management effectively.

In my current role, I manage HR functions for over 200 employees, where I oversee end-to-end recruitment, payroll administration, and compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements such as KWSP, PERKESO, and LHDN. I take pride in maintaining 100% compliance with zero audit penalties, reflecting my attention to detail and strong sense of accountability. My exposure to payroll and statutory processes has also sparked my interest in further specializing in payroll management as part of my career growth.

One of my key achievements includes leading the implementation of HRIS and digital filing systems, successfully transforming manual processes into efficient, system-driven workflows. This initiative improved processing time and data accuracy while enhancing overall HR operational efficiency. I am also actively involved in ISO 9001:2015 documentation and internal audits, ensuring that HR processes align with quality standards and organizational objectives.

Beyond technical skills, I am experienced in handling employee relations, including disciplinary matters and domestic inquiries, where I focus on resolving issues professionally and maintaining workplace harmony. I am also comfortable advising management on HR policies, manpower planning, and organizational structuring to support business needs.
