Hi! My name is Nosiel Joy Ignacio and I am from Philippines.

I have more than 4 years experience as a Customer Service Representative in BPO for Sales Account and I also handled chat support. I answer customers' inquiries and make sure to resolve their concerns every after our call. I have experienced in processing their orders online and ensure that I can provide the best customer service to them. It was a challenging yet fulfilling job as I get my satisfaction as well every time my customer feels happy with the help that I provided to them.

I do cold calling and appointment setting also for Real Estate. Calling my leads and look for prospects to generate sales.

I was an Online English Tutor as well for students starting from beginner levels to advance. I'm always open for any projects that I can work on.
