Nosakhare Agho

I am a goal oriented full-stack developer with an engineer's mindset. With over a decade of cumulative experience in frontend, backend and fullstack positions, I have assisted to drive business initiatives, automating multiple process to increase productivity and drive business goals.

I also possess the initiative to execute research projects for the advancement of institutions and production companies.

I have collaborated with Microsoft Partner company, ICIT Solutions, as the Frontend Lead and also functioned as the backup backend developer where the task was to provision Microsoft products to clients and as acted as the second support to help and guide clients in resolving product issues.

Along with work, I also find joy in giving back what I know and have learnt over the years and this lead to my mentorship role at Lighthouse Labs where I mentored and guided hundreds of developers in their professional journey. It didn't stop there as I was also asked to be one of the Instructors at Vanhack Learning Hub where I taught senior developers different data algorithms and was asked to speak at an international conference for job seekers.

Over the years, I have also acquired cloud infrastructure skills and imbibed the agile workflow.
