My responsibilities have included reviewing contracts, coordinating attorney review processes, tracking contingencies and inspection deadlines, scheduling final walkthroughs, managing escrow communications, preparing commission disbursement documents, and ensuring all broker-required compliance documentation is completed and uploaded accurately. I am highly proactive in communication and make it a priority to keep agents, clients, lenders, attorneys, and vendors aligned at every stage of the transaction.

In addition to transaction coordination, I bring strong operational and systems management skills. I have developed standard operating procedures, improved workflow structures, audited CRM systems, and trained virtual assistants in real estate processes.
