As SAP MM Specialist instituted material creation naming conventions, based on NATO military
codification principles, to assist with asset management creation and tagging on SAP.
•
As Senior Logistics Manager at KAUST created asset records on SAP for five building furniture
inventories, handed over to KAUST from contractors, and labelled furniture to complete the process, with
a 100% accuracy record.
•
As Senior Logistics Manager at KAUST developed a plan to create inventory balances within a MM Plant
framework within the KDC and Residential Units, by transferring movable assets from PM. These plans
also included Spare Parts holding and management processes to assist KAUST operations.
•
As Project Manager with Defence, completed the first Defence conversion of a hardcopy policy volume to
an online, hyperlinked electronic document.
•
As Project Manager with Defence, completed a definition study into the composition and makeup of NZ
Army units Organizational Table of Personnel and Equipment’s lists for inclusion within SAP, and
successfully integrated tables in SAP.
•
As Project Manager with Defence, completed the development and implementation of the first Electronic
Clothing Record within SAP for all 12000+ Defence uniformed and civilian personnel within SAP, and
loaded over 3,500 personnel.

As a Supply Chain Manager within Defence, implemented a push system for delivery of Operational
Ration Packs into an operational theatre during peace-keeping operations in Timor Leste (East Timor).
