I am highly flexible, versatile and organized person with an extensive experience in troubleshooting and computers, laptops, and printers repair. I am able to work with less supervision, observant, competent, proficient and resourceful. I’m willing to undergo training if necessary to learn new knowledge and experiences that will make me an effective individual.

My previous role was to provide on-site troubleshooting and repair on broken computers, laptops, and printers both software and hardware. I’m responsible in minimizing the cost and saves money that the clients might spend. I also specialized in data back-up, data recovery, malware and virus removals, systems re-image, and networking.

These knowledge helped me overcome the challenges from my past employment, working as a Technical and Customer Service Representative from two major BPO companies in my country. On my First BPO Company, wherein I handled 2 major accounts. One is under a Health Care account as a Customer Care. I’m responsible in accepting in-bound calls where I’m liable in registering their application under particular health care plans, provide options available for them, and assist them with the validity of their coverage for particular medicines, doctors, and hospitals. I also document their request, and forward them to back end assistance. Two is under the one of the Major Printer Producing Company, wherein I walk clients through from Basic to Mid-range troubleshooting steps to resolve minor to mid-range problem that they encounter, resolving In-house warranty and providing service centre contact number and location for out-house warranty, make out-bound calls to reach out to client to resolve issue, documentation and forwarding to back end assistance. My role on the second BPO Company was to provide Technical Assistance and Customer Care from one of the Major Telco’s in the U.S. I provide assistance on registering, activation and re-activation of accounts, suspension and cancelation of accounts, changing billing cycle dates upon customer’s request, changing of phone numbers, changing of handheld device, unlocking of IMEI, providing walk-through on SIM unlocking, data cap usage reset, make call backs to further resolve issues, documentation and forwarding to back end assistance.

I also worked as a Clerk and Liaison Officer from a small Car Loan Company. I’m responsible in the procurement and completion of requirements, organizes, verify and correct related information prior to car loan application, clarify given statements, arrange files that needed to be notarized, print necessary documents, copies and duplicates required documents that needed to be filed and kept in the filing cabinet, and lastly verify documents that needed to be discarded.
