I am a US Navy veteran with a past rating of Personnelman (PN), As a civilian, I have worked in the BPO industry as an agent, a customer, then technical support rep (6 year) for all services (POTS, DSL, Fiber, Cable), then shifted to real property management (8 years), where I handled billing (using "Appfolio" property management software), utilities, evictions, showings and move-ins. I am presently with a software company. I have taken various roles in billing and marketing our products. I am knowledgeable in SEO, preparing to launch a new product, an AI software. I also write articles for posting. I've handled QA (Quality Assurance) and I am presently a Team Lead in my company.
