Hola! My name is Norie and I have over 6 years of customer service experience where I continue to go above and beyond handling customer concerns using different communication channels—phone, email, live chat.

I've now become fully immersed in digital marketing but I first took the leap of pursuing my lifelong passion for content back in 2015. Since then, I've developed skills in social media marketing, guest posting, blogging, and proofreading.

I'm here to help you achieve your marketing goals and deliver results. I'm also capable of crafting visually appealing image designs (infographics, banners, image posts, newsletters, etc.). I can also efficiently perform a myriad of administrative tasks including data processing, email management, and calendar management. 

The tools and apps I'm familiar with using are Zendesk, Shopify, Oberlo, Wordpress, Trello, Hootsuite, Basecamp, Canva, Lightroom, Redbooth, and many more. If you're using other tools that aren't on my list, don't worry! I'm awesome at learning new things quickly.
