I have professional experience in technical and customer support, escalation handling, and virtual assistance. I previously worked with T-Mobile as a Technical Support Representative, assisting with account management, troubleshooting, plan upgrades, sales, and billing. I also served as a Banking Support Specialist at Netspend, providing transactional support.
Most recently, I worked with Voiply as an Escalation Support Specialist, handling advanced troubleshooting, backend tasks, and call and chat support using tools such as HubSpot, with exposure to basic coding and database work.
