I had a experience working in a reservation and sales in the hotel. Its more exciting and fun doing this kind of work because you meet different kind of personality and different culture of people.Sometimes it is not easy to handle different culture but for me its a challenge. Doing sales on your product , we should know first what kind of product that we gonna sell.So that when we convince them, after they well surely the next step is to reserve.
