As a senior sales representative at Pluxa Property, I handle Appointment Setting, I focus on scheduling
meetings and appointments for yourself or other sales team members. As an Account Manager, I oversee new
and existing client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction, reaching out to cold and warm leads via Zoho
voice or emails, making over 300+ calls per day, research on linkedin, social media, google etc for lead gen

company that provides dental office insurance claims and medical aid services. I handle the billing
and coding processes, verify insurance eligibility, submit claims, follow up on payments, and resolve
any discrepancies or disputes. I use my communication and problem-solving skills to ensure
accurate and timely billing and customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining EZ Dental Billing, I was an account executive/customer success at the/Studio
USA based, I was responsible in helping customers create and order personalized products for
their brands, events. I successfully utilized my inbound and outbound marketing and sales
skills to generate leads, qualify prospects, close deals, and provide exceptional customer service.
My experience working remotely and adapting to diverse situations and challenges has
equipped me with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
I was also with Affinity Solutions is a company that provides outsourced credit control and debt
recovery services to clients in the UK. As a sales representative working for Affinity Solutions,
your role would involve contacting customers who have outstanding debts with your clients
(typically financial institutions, lenders, or creditors) and encouraging them to sign up for an
Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) and I would qualify them and set appointment for
senior advisors in UK. I have 5 years in the industry.
I also worked for CCI south Africa where they outsoused from different country as a customer
service rep for phone company called Metro by T-mobile, where I was dealing with customers
quires, troubleshooting, retention and provide good customer experience, where I learned skills
like, listening skill, empathy, report, and good communications.
