Since 2012, I've worked in Supply Chain Management. As a result, I enjoyed working with a diverse group of people in Supply Chain Management responsibilities. -Order processing in accordance with customer service standards and meet service level agreement with our eCommerce partners

-Supply and Demand Planning on what, when and how much to order (including forecasting, inventory management, data gathering, data analysis)

-Inventory Management such as Daily Cycle Counting, Inventory Forecasting, Variance Report and Root Cause Analysis and Proven action plan on inventory issues.

-Capable to practice and apply Lean Management and Process Improvement tools to improve quality & reduce cost for the company

-Documenting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for warehouse and logistics operations.

-Capable of converting data into reports and presentations

-Experience in SAP WMS applied in logistics setting

-Skills in using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Excel Functions: IFs, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS to prepare management reports and analysis)

-Leadership and decision making skill through more than 9 years of experience.
