I work with entrepreneurs who are passionate in helping other people. They wake up every morning excited with the prospect of making a difference, one person at a time. They treat the members of their team with the same respect as they do their clients.

I help them do their best work by managing their team, creating SOPs and systems, and handling the operations side of the business.

I know it's tiring to do all the work -- from strategizing to the small tasks. If you have a team, you're managing them too! Most days you'd wish that there are more hours in a day so you can do everything you need to do. But work is a loop. It never stops, and the more you succeed, the more work there is.

I'm here to be your right-hand woman. I'll handle human resources, project management, operations management, and create/improve systems. I'm your linchpin who keeps everyone in line, and makes sure the wheel keeps turning.

I may not know everything, but I know where to find the answers.

  • I discovered a smart shortcut reducing the time spent on a task from 2 hours to 5 minutes, only a week after I was on-boarded, on a tool I've never used before. (They've been spending 2 hours on this particular task for more than a year.) 

  • I organized a chaotic prospect list, researched qualified leads, and brought forth ideas on how to get more clients.

  • I successfully handled 90+ Trello boards (musicians, producers, engineers), and is also the main POC for client relations
