Machine Operator • Operate assigned machine (depend on which station assigned). • Record and call the attention of technicians assigned in the station or area. • Machine error and downtime should be recorded daily. • Do 4’s prior working in the assigned area or station. • Do passdown from previous shift to prevent mixing the products. • Need to attend daily meeting prior the shift start to identify the priorities for the shift. • Send report for each machine being handle within the shift. • Do passdown report for the next operator prior leaving the station or area.
