I'm currently working as a Executive Services Specialist with experience in customer service, auditing and sales. I previously worked as a UPS Premier Healthcare Recovery Advocate where we handle packages such as Covid19 vaccines, Blood, Human Tissues, Organs, Lab Specimens. Medical devices, Pharmaceutical Drug Products and other products which requires Highest-priority shipments, time-definite delivery and packages that are time sensitive. I have a positive ‘can do’ attitude. I have a positive ‘can do’ attitude. I also have higher level of accuracy and attention to detail. As a Healthcare Recovery Advocate, I was a proactive member of the team, I was diligent in driving to a resolution, and I have the tenacity to resolve and recover any complicated situations. It has also allowed me to be confident under pressure. Previously as an auditor, I like to be thorough. I am passionate about my work. My experience helps me to learn or guide me to develop the ability to make an independent decision and to be productive. I am dependable, have an integrity and the commitment. I am currently pursuing a part-time position. I am confident that my skill will make me a valuable asset to your company.
