I have 8 months of call center experience. We handle 20-30 emails per day and 10-15 calls per 8 hour shift. We also do order processing and refund. My competencies are I have a high attention to detail/s because for me in this business even small details matter. I also do time management to respond to all customers queries in a timely manner. I'd always meet deadlines and I'm very particular with customer service as I came from this industry.
I also have 6 months experience as an English Language Tutor, I teach Chinese people basic, conversational and advanced English language.
