I am Noela and I am Freelance Virtual Assistant. I have started my VA journey since February and blessed to have three (3) clients starting March 2018. My first client would be a Filipino who tasked me to assist them in basic Photoshop editing of 282 graduation photos which was successfully executed. My current clients are 1) Australian client who hired me as a General VA who assigned me to do simple tasks such as email management, transcribing PDF documents to Excel formats, messaging certain Instagram influencers through direct messaging and email, looked for holiday homes for vacation and created an Interactive social media content. 2) Canadian client who tasked me to write creative descriptions for their online products. I am happy with my job and glad that I am able to assist clients greatly even in simple tasks.

I have also worked professionally in a Call Center Company for a Health Insurance account based in United States of America since October 25, 2013. First, I have worked as a Clinical Intake Specialist (or Customer Service Representative) in which I enter information from inbound calls to our system. It is mostly data entry with some analysis. With my excellence in product knowledge, I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert and Process Analyst from January 1, 2015 and has been working until today. I work with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook. I send and respond to client emails promptly while keeping the entire leadership team updated of all business-critical information. I provide coaching to our Customer Service Representatives and provide feedback from observations/reports. I also listen to recorded calls and does transcription to analyze the quality and if correct processes have been followed. You can count on me when it comes to confidentiality, integrity and availability of information critical to fulfilling the organization’s business functions.
