I have a 5 year working experience in a call center company providing excellent and high quality support in customer service field. Have a broad experience in retail, sales and operations. Have worked with of the largest retailers like adidas and Target.

Became a process mentor at the age of 19 who guided new employees in the development of skills and strategies and also became a part of quality team as QA Analyst. I monitor required samples of voice and non-voiced transactions, generate various types of reports, conduct error analysis and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.

I have also knowledge with photo and video editing as I have worked as freelance photographer while completing my bachelor's degree in marketing.

My experience in those fields helps me find the balance between my creative and logical mind.

Having worked as a photographer and having dealt with a variety of co-workers and customers from different cultural backgrounds proves I am able to adapt easily and it shows my flexibility. I am self-confident individual who aims to be an active contributor to the organization and who is always looking for opportunities to enhance my knowledge, skills and talents. I am just always looking to give my best in whatever I do.
