Hi, I'm Noel Hulguin. I'm 34 years old. For the past 10 years I've been working in a BPO company and working as a customer service, customer retention, refund department, sales, chat support and email support. Throughout my career, I’ve been commended by my superiors that I’ve always been good with handling customers especially with irate once, for example when a customer called several times and they are very angry since the issue was still ongoing I can always convince them that everything will be alright once I've handle the situation and resolve it resulting to a positive feedback to the company.
